For this purpose ETH-MC motion controller is used to achieve simultaneous operation of two MPGs, each controlling the movement of one individual axis. So in controller settings the MPG hardware mode is turned on and in Mach3 settings besides Port and Pin, values for Counts/Unit have been set up.
